Last modified: 2018-06-29 21:57:40 UTC
Steps to reproduce: 1. Install gnuCash with Zone Alarm Firewall active. 2. Start program 3. When gnucash-bin.exe attempts to connect to the Internet, decline through Zone Alarm alert porocess. Stack trace: ??? Other information: Following are the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Errors. (1) "unspecified fatal error encountered, aborting." (2) "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" "Runtime Error!" "Program: C:\program files\gnucash\bin\gnucash-bin.exe" "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the appliation support team for more information." Suspect the installation needed to modify the firewall, it modified MS firewall which isn't used, and did not modify Zone Alarm.
