What were you doing when the application crashed?
not really sure, i've been downloading real player from the internet, but also attempting to find software to get my dvd player to work, had a discussion with dell, who are replacing the dvd player and then they helped me re boot the system

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
