Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

Chances are it's still related to your sound settings somehow (try gnome-sound-properties), or to your setup (like the distro/alsa not defining a 'default' alsa device), or your user doesn't have sufficient permissions.
