When copying (particularly pictures) it's quite common to get two different pics with the same name. instead of just offering "skip", "replace" and "cancel" options it would be useful to be offered a rename function. For instance adding an extra number to the offending file would solve the problem until the user gets round to sorting their files properly

eg; DSCN100345.jpg may become DSCN100345-1.jpg solving the problem of conflicting filenames
