Please describe the problem:
The field to enter the OWA URL is not shown when I am creating a new account. After deleting my last account, my old username flashes for a moment in the username field and disappears. There is never a place to input the OWA URL. Please see the attached screenshot. I am using evolution-exchange compiled from source at svn revision 1523.

you need to ENABLE the plugin. of course it must have been compiled before.
