Sometime between Evolution 2.8 and 2.12 some additional headers were added, but they are not part of the install target.

The evolution-scalix plugin relies on "shell/es-event.h", as it always has. However, this header recently started including "e-shell.h", which is not there, and which in turn requires:

 - e-component-registry.h
 - e-shell-window.h
 - e-sidebar.h

I believe that if a header is installed in /usr/include, all of its dependencies should be there as well.

which EXACT 2.12 version do you refer to? 2.12.2?
