Please describe the problem:
Win GIMP 2.4.0 with windows2000 SP4

There is a problem in handling of the Wacom tablet. 
May be some variable for picture window is not initialized.
In the menu window works right.


Steps to reproduce:
1. sometime happen. 50%
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
disconnect the tablet. 1 minute wait. connect the tablet.
then it work correctly or not.

Expected results:
every time work correct

Does this happen every time?
about 50%
