Description Ulrich.Windl 2007-11-27 07:31:37 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When using a Wacom USB tablet (Intuos), there are several problems:
1) The stylus will move the tool cursor, but pressure sensitivity is non-operational (always at 100%)
2) The extended input devices (Stylus, Eraser) are not detected until I select "Reset to Defaults" in the extended input device dialogue (and restart GIMP).
3) Even if it worked after step 2), after having unplugged the USB device, next time I want to use it, I'll have to repeat step 2)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Plug in USB tablet while WIndows/XP is up (user logged in)
2. Start GIMP
3. Paint!

Actual results:
The USB tablet does not work as expected (Pressure sensitivity, additional devices)

Expected results:
Additional devices are detected, pressure sensitivity works

Does this happen every time?
Twice so far (100% of all cases I tried)

Other information:
I think it worked better in GIMP 2.2
