I have experimented with %doc on stick2xyz, and I am now ready to propose the consolidation of the main and manual RPM packages for doxygen.  Users can use the --excludedocs flag to avoid installing the manuals when installing the binary RPMs.

The gzipped tarball will be included shortly.

The patchset ran into an error on a second test, so I am uploading a new set of patches to fix this error.

RPM Build Errors:
    Can't mix special %doc with other forms: /usr/man/man1/doxy*

This bug was marked assigned, which means to should be fixed in version 1.5.5 of doxygen. Please verify if this is indeed the case, and if not, reopen the bug and provide additional information if possible.
