Please describe the problem:
When scrolling in the viewer with a mouse wheel the scrolling bar does not move.

Steps to reproduce:
1. F3 on any text file.
2. Scroll with the mouse wheel.


Actual results:
Scrolling bar does not move.

Expected results:
Scrolling bar shoul move.

Does this happen every time?

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
