Version: 2.18.3

What were you doing when the application crashed?
I've just connected Motorola ROKR E1 (with iTunes) to usb port. Some kind of player launched off, but it didn't worked properely - as I clicked on "play" button nothing happened. Then, Bug tracking tool window showed.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Unfortunately, the stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash.

Could you please help fixing this by installing some debugging packages [1], start the application as normal, and try to reproduce the crash, if possible?

Once bug-buddy pops up, you can find the stacktrace in the 'Details', now containing way more information. Please copy that stacktrace and paste it as a comment here. Thanks in advance!

[1] Please install debug packages for nautilus, glib2, gtk2, pango, gnome-vfs2, libgnome, and libgnomeui.

More details can be found here: http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces
Comment 2 akukuq 2007-11-13 14:11:20 UTC
The stacktrace you have asked for is placed below.

In addition, I want to say that this time crash was reproduced in slightly different way: by right-clicking on "iPod-resembling" icon on desktop (representing my mobile phone memory card) and then on properties. As I do this, empty properties window shows and Bug Buddy activates. To be sincere, I'm not sure if the crash was not produced in this way for the first time too. I simply don't remember.

It looks like this bug is a duplicate of other bug I've reported (No 495889) or at last it's similar to this. Besides, I don't remember why you have told me on page of that bug that I must update. I'm using lenny repository and I do updates each day.

Finally, I have installed all debugging packages you asked for except libgnome. I can't find package libgnome-dbg or something like this in synaptic.

Sorry for my poor English. Greetings from Poland.
