trivial 4-byte patch implementing permanent grab&drag with left mouse button

This patch is against latest GIT version (2011.04.10) of evince.
It swaps left and middle button for grab&drag. It changed literally 4 bytes in the source code.

This functionality is a must-have for any touch device.

If this was implemented as a "Hand tool" it would be much easier for users to discover and be more generically useful to Evince users, beyond touch screen users. I think it would be also useful if anyone wanted to make slideshow presentations in Evince.

(Until I started using a tablet I had not really seen the need for a Hand tool and I can understand why it seems odd, but when you don't have any mouse at all, even needing to right click is a complete disaster. I would have thought making things work better for Tablet users would also dovetail nicely with work to help improve accessibility needs)
