This text should be translatable

And have been updated.

Here are 2 screenshots from the same operation in Evolution.
I have used both the correct 2.20 translation and the packaged Ubuntu one with the same result.

the first screenshot has been filed already a few times (should be somewhere in the dependencies of bug 236276).
second one is the same issue and the string is in /mail/mail.error.xml and uses {0} and "{1}&quot stuff, and that is the problem.

I'm setting this to need info. As the screen shots are not available any more. Please try with 2.30.0, or the best with actual git master, because I committed something about "The following filter rule(s):" recently (changed text, moved it away from the xml file). Please report your findings back. Thanks in advance.
