Description Michael Monreal 2007-10-25 14:20:25 UTC
Empathy should integrate with gnome-aboutme to get the avatar the user has set there. Empathy could also add accounts the user has in gnome-aboutme.

I agree we need more integration with EDS, we should also see with gnome-online-desktop project to have an unified way for storing contact list. I don't know if personal information fit in the scope of g-o-d.

Initial EDS work

Here's some initial work on this. Hopefully, I'll have some time later this weekend to actually finish this.
Comment 3 Xavier Claessens 2008-04-28 19:35:20 UTC
I found that this work is hosted on a git branch:
git://github.com/bpepple/empathy-help.git
I think it's easier to give that branch than attaching patches.

I hope I'll get time to review that stuff, sorry to be slow :)
Comment 4 Brian Pepple 2008-09-28 23:12:32 UTC
I moved my initial work to this branch: git://github.com/bpepple/empathy-eds.git

Once I get some free time again, I'll work on finishing this, unless someone beats me to it.
