GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 489726
Print Image settings blank out
Last modified: 2008-10-30 20:01:51 UTC
Please describe the problem: When opening the Print... dialogue window and clicking on the Image Settings tab and then clicking on 'Adjust page size and Orientation' and then closing the Page Setup window that appears. I find that the Image Settings window no longer responses to mouse clicks and it can be blanked out by moving any other window over it. On switching the tab to General and then back to Image settings I find the Image Settings window is totally blank. Only by closing the Print window and starting again will 'Image Settings' work again. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Print... 2. Click on Tab Image Settings. 3. Click on 'Adjust Page Size and Orientation'. 4. Click on Page setup OK or Cancel. 5. Image Settings contents is now inactive and can be overdrawn. Actual results: Image Settings window stops working Expected results: I'd expect this window to continue to work Does this happen every time? Yes. 100%. Other information: Happened in rc2 as well.

Probably a duplicate but we can't tell without the bug reporter telling us such basic information as what operating system he is using and where he got the gimp package from.
I'm running Win XP Pro SP2. I used gimp-2.4.0-rc3-i586-setup.exe from Sourceforge http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=121075
