Path bar: poor handling of long file names

Please describe the problem: I adjusted the window to small size, and create a folder with a very very long name. After entering the folder, the icons in location bar disappeared. I tested it in the other machine. We are using Ubuntu 7.10 Reference: http://forum.ubuntu.com.cn/viewtopic.php?p=484951#484951 the pictures in this page show the bug. Steps to reproduce: 1. adjust the Nautilus window to small size 2. create a folder with a very very long name 3. Enter the folder just created Actual results: the icons in location bar disappeared Expected results: icon still exists, but remanent letters are replaced with "..." Does this happen every time? yes Other information: I tested it in the other machine. how could we get the NautilusWindow which is the parent of the path_bar ? If we can have these window, we can basically evaluate if the future button will be too "big" or not
Confirming. Long file names are wrapped in the path bar. The directory button also scrolls off to the left when the window size is reduced. I'll post a couple of screenshots. Setting status to new.
