GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 488778
Keyboard shortcuts missing in Glade version
Last modified: 2007-10-23 00:33:07 UTC
I am trying the new Glade version of gcalctool. In the gcalctool main window, there used to be shortcuts for all of the items in the Edit and View menus (e.g. Control I for Insert ASCII Value and Control M for Memory Registers). These are now missing.
Yup. These need to be added in. Thanks.
Fixed in the latest patch for bug 488778. For some reason Glade wasn't saving these when I changed them. It started working once I manually added a few though. Odd.
Is this with glade-3? Joanie and I have found some strange behavior with that, and I've been using glade-2 still. I'll get the patch in today. Thanks.
I've committed the latest patch from bug #488778. It does indeed nicely fix this. Thanks! Closing as FIXED.
No this was Glade 2! I initially was working on the gcalctool in Glade-3 to use it as a testing ground to convert my other projects but Glade 3 definitely has odd problems. I really want to move to Glade 3 because Glade 2 also has some weird bugs (like occasionally setting all the radio buttons to active).
