When either a maintainer or the Accounts Team rejects an ability, they should fill in a rejection message. This message should be mailed back to the requestor.

In the case that the requestor has requested multiple abilities, the message should explain that it doesn't mean his other abilities have been rejected as well. That is up to the other maintainers.
Of course, that is only when the rejection occurs by a maintainer (the accounts team will of course reject the whole account).

The GNOME Infrastructure Team is currently migrating its bug / issue tracker away from Bugzilla to Request Tracker and therefore all the currently open bugs have been closed and marked as OBSOLETE.

The following move will also act as a cleanup for very old and ancient tickets that were still living on Bugzilla. If your issue still hasn't been fixed as of today please report it again on the relevant RT queue.
