Description pablopablo 2007-10-16 19:09:33 UTC
Please describe the problem:
when i search a file by your name or part of your name i don't find it.
ex.
filename: pippopippo-learningpython-plutopluto.chm

if i search: learning or learning python or learningpython
i don't find it, but if i search: python chm
the file is found!
For me this is a big problem, because i need to combine word to find the right match!
(excuse me for my english... free to debug my language negligence)

Steps to reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results:

Expected results:

If the file is found, it is because of the "chm", not the "python". Tracker (still) lacks substring search support (for filenames).

This is kind of a duplicate to the feature request in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=453268

As Daniel pointed, this issue is included in that feature request.
