Accessing the GIMP help using the Web browser appears twice the Windows "Move Item" dialog. If I cancel both dialogs, then I see the help without problems in my browser. If instead I push Move on the first dialog, then nothing appears.

Other information:
Windows XP, GIMP 2.2.17
