Please describe the problem:
If the focus is in gnome-panel, for example, in System->Preferences and you push the 'Impr Pant' key, the window of screenshot taker doesn't open...

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on System->Preferences
2.Push the 'Impr Pant' key



Actual results:
The window it isn't shown

Expected results:
It should show the window for make an screenshot for example for a manual.

Does this happen every time?
