Please describe the problem:
gecko 1.9 doesn't have xulrunner-xpcom.pc now

maybe yelp should pick libxul-embedding.pc


Steps to reproduce:
1. build xulrunner with latest trunk, gecko 1.9 a9pre
2. make install
3. yelp configure failed to find correct .pc file
