as far as I remember, since the 2.18 series, epiphany had a really weird "mad jumping progressbar". Happens all the time whenever a page is loading.

for some reason it seems the progressbar's width limit at the right is changing rapidly. It is deeply annoying, and still present in 2.20.x so I thought I would need to report it.

This happens, yep. Not sure why.
I think it's related to the resize grip.
