I'm entrusting this bug report to your care. It was originally filed under the 
gnome-utils component at bugzilla.gnome.org, but it seems to be a Nautilus bug. 
Do with it what you will. There's not much to go on here. It was filed 5/6/01, 
no information on what version of Nautilus:

It was right to move this bug over, as it is a duplicate of an existing bug 
report. Unfortunately we haven't got a reproducible case yet, but fortunately 
there's a stack trace to show that this is the same as bug 47951.
