GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 481848
SegFault when "GMail" tab is clicked
Last modified: 2007-10-06 00:45:55 UTC
Gimmie crashes (without even giving the option of submitting a bug report) whenever I click the "GMail" tab under "People". It happens when using Gimmie in the panel or standalone. This is the output I get from starting gimmie from the terminal, then clicking People->Gmail: haldean@mater:~$ gimmie *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Running Applications *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Opened Documents *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Active Conversations *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Computer Running Source *** Window class matches launcher command: nautilus == nautilus --no-desktop --browser %U *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop *** Window class matches launcher command: firefox-bin == firefox %u *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/ooo-writer.desktop *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Running Applications *** Scaling image of height 32 to 48: win-group://untitled window *** Scaling image of height 32 to 48: win-group://Songbird *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Opened Documents *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Active Conversations *** Window class matches launcher command: nautilus == nautilus --no-desktop --browser %U *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop *** Window class matches launcher command: firefox-bin == firefox %u *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/ooo-writer.desktop *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Computer Running Source *** Setting source: <RecentConversations object (gimmie+gimmie_base+Item) at 0x891c43c> *** Window class matches launcher command: nautilus == nautilus --no-desktop --browser %U *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop *** Window class matches launcher command: firefox-bin == firefox %u *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/ooo-writer.desktop *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Running Applications *** Scaling image of height 32 to 48: win-group://untitled window *** Scaling image of height 32 to 48: win-group://Songbird *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Opened Documents *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Active Conversations *** Window class matches launcher command: nautilus == nautilus --no-desktop --browser %U *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop *** Window class matches launcher command: firefox-bin == firefox %u *** Window startup-id matches launcher path: file:///usr/share/applications/ooo-writer.desktop *** Reloading TopicRunningList: Computer Running Source *** Setting source: <GmailSource object (gimmie+gimmie_base+Item) at 0x891c464> Segmentation fault (core dumped) I'm using Ubuntu 7.04 on Dell Inspiron, Celeron M 1.5GHz, 1G RAM Gnome 2.18.1 with Beryl 0.2.1 uname -a: Linux mater 2.6.20-16-386 #2 Sun Sep 23 19:47:10 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux Any help is greatly appreciated!
