GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 481247
[rfe] check only subscribed folders
Last modified: 2010-01-20 17:56:22 UTC
evolution supports the following behaviours: 1) you may see and check mail in all (subscribed and unsubscribed) folders on your imap server. ((check "check all folders" and uncheck "show only subscribed")) 2) you may see and check mail in only the subscribed folders. ((check both "check all folders" and "show only subscribed")). 3) you may see all folders and check mail only in the current folder ((uncheck both "check all folders" and "show only subscribed")). i would like to be able to see all folders and check mail in all subscribed folders. i would have assumed this to be the default behaviour of having both options unchecked, since why do i bother maintaining a list of subscribed folders if i don't filter my view of the folders based on them? so essentially, i ask for an option to: - view every single folder (even non-subscribed ones) in the list - check all subscribed folders on startup and when i click "check mail" - do not check the non-subscribed folders except when i manually open them cheers
Thanks for a bug report. This particular one had been fixed within bug #336074, which is in since 2.23.6. I'm marking this as a duplicate of the older. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 336074 ***
