When I started with GNOME two years ago, i didn't know what to do with the CD Creator. There was a "burn" button but nothing to burn, no "import" button like in other softwares ! 

I think that an explicit message saying "drop your files here" could help new GNOME users.

The message could be written in light grey (see the message in Firefox 2 search box) at the center of the window and would disappear once files are added ?
