Currently in single click mode, an icon becomes highlighted and the text
underlined when the mouse is over it but the mouse cursor is still an arrow. It
would be consistent to use the ``hand'' mouse pointer when the mouse is over any
single click links. (I've often double clicked because the que for double click,
the arrow pointer, is there.)

The user should also get this cursor when the mouse is over the spinner, at
least when that's enabled as a link. Also it might be good for the statusbar to
show the link location to be consistent with browswers.
