Please describe the problem:
After quiting epiphany, its process still exists.

$ epiphany

1. launch epiphany
2.  quit epiphany (ctl + q)
3.  ps  ax | grep epiphany

Thanks for the report...I can't reproduce this on my Gentoo with 2.19.91.
Please try again disabling all extensions, it may be an extension's fault.
