Description Ewoud Canniere 2007-09-06 19:21:22 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When is start a gnome session, there is no battery icon on the left side of my clock like it always was. When i unplug my power cord i get the notification on the left top side of my screen, what means the battery icon is hidden behind the gnome foot icon.
When i killall gnome-power-manager && gnome-power-manager the icon is displayed on his normal place. When i logout (and even save the session) and login again the problem is there again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to gnome
2. Notice the icon isnt there
3. kill gnome-power-manager && start it again
4. The icon is in place
5. logout and in again
6. Icon is gone again

Actual results:
I can't see my battery-status

Expected results:
That the battery icon is always on the left side of my clock

Does this happen every time?
Yes, since the update of the gnome-power-manager i think
