In porting documentation from old handtooled HTML to Docbook XML, I would like to preserve the summary sidebars, unfortunately it seems that Yelp does not support it.

This is against the gnome-2-18 branch, and I already notice that trunk is wildly different. I'm not entirely sure it behaves as I would expect anyway.
