This document http://library.gnome.org/devel/gdp-handbook/2.19/gnomedocsystem.html.en#scrollkeeper mentions how Scrollkeeper works with Yelp. But I think someone needs to fix it because Scrollkeeper is now deprecated in favor of Rarian.

The gdp-handbook was removed in commit fc9e9c7d0ca3b592781e57d38c9aaca9c6477e83 in 2011. Is there a better product/component for this bug?
