Fixed long ago, you should upgrade.

Comment 4 Gavin Flower 2007-08-22 23:06:57 UTC
I had all the updates available for Fedora Core 6, and no new updates for this have been made available since I raised this bug.

It is not practicable for me to upgrade to Fedora 7, but I currently plan to upgrade to Fedora 8.

Upgrading to ekiga-2.0.9-0.fc6.i686.rpm, requires opal-2.2.8-0.fc6.i686.rpm and pwlib-1.10.7-0.fc6.i686.rpm - and they in their turn, require further upgrades. This risks causing problems in other parts of my system - something I don't want to discover the hard way!

So what is this 'should' business?

If you can reliably assure me I can upgrade all the needed components, I might consider it.

Comment 5 Snark 2007-08-23 04:57:17 UTC
What exactly do you want us to do!? We already fixed that bug and a few others since 2.0.5!

If you don't upgrade and meet bugs, don't complain : we did what we could, you chose to keep the bugs.
