GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 469000
crash in Tasks: ...just clicked "Send / ...
Last modified: 2007-08-22 09:55:36 UTC
Version: 2.10 What were you doing when the application crashed? ...just clicked "Send / Receive" button. Crash happened a few seconds after Sending % Receiving progress dialog had appeared. Somehow Evolution does this often (at least on my system). Yesterday I experienced another strange bug too: I just sent Evolution to Gnome workspace #2, and contiuned to work on the #1. A while after I noticed something was kepting my CPU load 100%. Did a "top" and saw that it was Evolution... However, I have no idea what caused Evolution to do this... I know those are just generic symptoms to find out the bug, so I couldn't supply appropriate/adequit information. Hope it helps a little. Hi to all Evolution developers from here: HEEEEEEEYYY, YOU GUYS!!! Happy coding ;-) Distribution: Fedora release 7 (Moonshine) Gnome Release: 2.18.3 2007-07-02 (Red Hat, Inc) BugBuddy Version: 2.18.0 System: Linux 2.6.22.1-41.fc7 #1 SMP Fri Jul 27 18:10:34 EDT 2007 i686 X Vendor: The X.Org Foundation X Vendor Release: 10300000 Selinux: Enforcing Accessibility: Disabled GTK+ Theme: Bluecurve Icon Theme: Bluecurve Memory status: size: 180195328 vsize: 180195328 resident: 59138048 share: 52543488 rss: 59138048 rss_rlim: 4294967295 CPU usage: start_time: 1187730434 rtime: 82 utime: 76 stime: 6 cutime:3 cstime: 5 timeout: 0 it_real_value: 0 frequency: 100 Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/evolution' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/libthread_db.so.1".
