'C' Mnemonics is used in "Check for incoming mail for junk" and for "Close" button also

 Mnemonics to "Check for incoming mail for junk" should be changed.
 I think 'h' will be good one.

 Read this before creating/submitting a patch.

also, fixing this will most probably change strings. therefore adding string keyword (for future reference). "usability" is something else, perhaps you meant "accessibility"?

Patch changes mnemonic from 'c' to 'm'

The logical choice for the new mnemonic, 'h', is taken by the 'Help' button, so I changed it to 'm' instead.
