GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 4646
clock applet: ability to set time
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Hi, There appears to be no way to fix the time on the clock applet. It's not in the clock's properties when you right click on it and it's not in the Gnome help application. All it says is that you can change between a 12 and 24 hour clock or chose "UNIX time". The clock is an hour off. I'd like to change it, but apparently I can't. This appears to be a bug. Changing the time should be a property. "date" at the command line does give me the right time though. one-hour-off should be because the option "show time in GMT" is set *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 72315 ***
