I could not call "Add column" dialog twice during program run.

Steps:
1) open mail component
2) right-click over columns header and choose "Add column"
3) close the dialog now (either by "Close" button or "X" button)
4) try to call it again (step 2), "nothing" will happen.

That "nothing" is not right word, it will print error messages in terminal.

Also, when you stop in step 2, then when closing you've got other warning messages on console.
