Thanks for reporting this problem. This is obviously a aqbanking issue, not gnucash per se. How did you install aqbanking - is this from the gnucash-setup.exe? In that case, it would be aqbanking-2.3.2. The command line setup *should* work like explained here http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/AqBanking .

Did aqbanking work for you once already, or did it never work so far? Also, do you get the same result on Linux as on Windows?

Hallo Christian,

No, I had to install it separately from the Aqbanking site(the site that was mentioned in the Online Banking Setup wizard). By default it was not present after installation of GnuCash.

Yes, it has worked without any problems in Linux. The Linux install was able to fetch all the records without any problem.

Hope this helps in resolving the issue, or should I assign this to the Aqbanking queue?

Cheers,
Jimmy

I'm sorry, but can you please give more details here: Which package exactly (filename) did you install separately? How did you create the binaries - did you compile an aqbanking package yourself by the mingw build environment? Or did you install a binary package?

Oops. That makes it difficult.

There is no aqbanking bugtracking system. We'll keep the discussion here.

1) OK, I guess I bungled up here. Aqbanking was not installed separately, but was already installed. But what was installed was the Qt package for Online Banking Setup Druid. The install file was this one - qt-win-opensource-4.3.0-mingw.exe.
2) With regards to the issue of "Not connected", I have found similar issue on the net, for example when porting to Mac. The developer then added a sleep(), to make sure the connection does not get lost.
