There is a contents item on the help menu also flagged as F1. Clicking it does nothing and pressing F1 does nothing. What's wrong?

Ubuntu is wrong and should provide updates, please complain to them. ;-)
This is a duplicate of bug 386503 and has been fixed some weeks ago.
