Pan newsreader 0.119 ( which is not found on a bugzilla list )

Problems.

Under "Help"/ give feedback or repport a bug.
We are send into the dark, my version is nowhere to be found.
I cannot find where to send feedback
I don't understand why all kind of application are on these pages
while I only want to give some feedback or repport an bug on PAN!

Anyway my pan version laks the simple option :
Dowload Headers AND messages ( for off line use ) ( I know there is a workaround)
It is missing the folders : "Send" "outbox" and folders for the subscribed 
news-servers. ( IMHO this is needed to see if a message is send or not(yet).
Missing the option to delete messages after XX days.
Spell check isn't there ( like in Thunderbird )

After downloading the newly downloaded headers appear to be old or read!
Instead of new and unread.

Like to get some respons how to give better feedback
