Steps to reproduce:
1. When i start gnucash first windows "Unspecified fatal error encountered, aborting "
2. second windows  Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library "runtimes Error"
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more information.
