If you try to drag a file/folder from a window that is bigger (and under the smaller one), the window where you want to drop the file gets covered by the bigger one. You then have to hold for a second the mouse in the icon of the covered window in window-list and then drop. It would be much better if that last operation wasn't needed.

MS windows behaves like I'd like in this case..
