Please describe the problem:
I've created contact list and added (drag&dropped) email of the following form there:
Глеб Поляков <some@email.domain>

But in preview window I see: 
=?UTF-8?Q?=D0=93=D0=BB=D0=B5=D0=B1_=D0=9F=D0=BE=D0=BB=D1=8F=D0=BA?= =?UTF-8?Q?=D0=BE=D0=B2?= <some@email.domain>

So it does not interpret e-mail addresses correclty. So actually it made preview window not usable. Thank you for your time.
