Please describe the problem:
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\program Files\gnucash\bin\gnucah-bin.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Just by installing the application.
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
The application did not start at all.

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
yes, even after reinstalling.
