Description Lawrence J. Sylvain 2007-07-15 23:08:06 UTC
I downloaded 2.14.7 and received the following error from configure, which I am reporting as requested by the error message.

configure: WARNING: resolv.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: resolv.h: check for missing prerequisite headers?
configure: WARNING: resolv.h: see the Autoconf documentation
configure: WARNING: resolv.h: section "Present But Cannot Be Compiled"
configure: WARNING: resolv.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result
configure: WARNING: resolv.h: in the future, the compiler will take precedence
configure: WARNING: ## --------------------------------------------------------------------- ##
configure: WARNING: ## Report this to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=ORBit2 ##
configure: WARNING: ## --------------------------------------------------------------------- ##

I was running cygwin (latest version as of 7/15/2007) under windows XP and the resolv.h that was referenced by the above error was from /usr/include.
