What were you doing when the application crashed?
sorry, ik ken/spreek geen Engels. (ben 73 jaar jong/oud)
Ik probeerde een e-mail te verzenden. wat er mis ging weet ik niet (beginner) 
Toen verzenden niet lukte, heb ik geprobeert het bericht op een diskette op te slaan om het later weer te verzenden.
