Please describe the problem:
The online banking wizard doesn't show accounts and the nested aq banking wizard complains about a missing dll (qt3support4.dll).
 
I searched for this dll but it's not available neither in gnucash install directory nor on the system.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open online banking wizard on windows platform
2. Step forward till you find the nested aq banking wizard
3. Click on aq banking wizard
4. Error message pops up

5. Click on next step
6. No accounts available

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
