Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. Sorry I sent the debug message in Norwegian, have a Norwegian desktop and was answering a prompt in Norwegian.

I was attempting to remove/untick a mail account. Simply attempting this crashed Evolution.

It's most likely that this particular bug is the fedora specific bug 447591:
   GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gsignal.c:1669: signal
   `source_selected' is invalid for instance

but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
If you can reproduce this issue, please run evolution with environment variable G_SLICE=debug-block set.
