This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but the maintainers need more information to fix the bug. Could you please answer the questions in the other report in order to help the developers?

I was able on reopening Alacarte to add it to System -->Preferences Menu the control center that is I put this down to Fedora release builds paranoia about menu changing fist distro was Fedora Core 3 and SELinux set to enforce,i do not use the power manger service probably why keycoca could not connect.
