Description Joanmarie Diggs (IRC: joanie) 2007-07-09 00:09:08 UTC
This is a tracking bug for the following Mozilla bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387347 Text with "float" style inaccessible effective 2007070605 build.

Granted, we couldn't arrow into text with the float style even if it were accessible (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369855)....
Comment 1 Scott Haeger 2007-07-09 19:10:43 UTC
This problem may be related to the 'position' style attribute. Test cases are posted on the Mozilla bug where both 'position:float' and 'position:absolute' destroy the hierarchy. Removing the 'position' style attribute restores the hierarchy.

The bug we're tracking has been marked as fixed. I'm assigning this to myself as a reminder to verify that we're set w.r.t. both aspects of this bug -- and I'll do that once the accessible hierarchy, which was badly broken 17th July, is restored.
Comment 3 Joanmarie Diggs (IRC: joanie) 2007-07-24 20:13:48 UTC
Mike has confirmed that this bug is fixed. Closing as NOTGNOME.
